Pi Company is gespecialiseerd in geavanceerde online assessment- en development tools en talent analytics. Voor de uitrol van hun nieuwe huisstijl hebben zij G2K ingeroepen voor het ontwerp. Bij de doorvertaling naar diverse operationele documenten is ons gevraagd Office sjablonen aan te leveren.

In plaats van talloze losse documenten hebben we een modulair templatesysteem ontwikkeld waarmee zij zelf templates kunnen samenstellen via een opstartsjabloon. Veel voorkomende Contentblokken kunnen in de sjablonen geplaatst worden om zo snel tot geformaliseeerde rapportages en cetrificaten te komen conform de nieuwe huisstijl.

Pi Company specialises in advanced online assessment / development tools and also talent analytics. For the roll-out of their new corporate identity, they called on G2K for the design. For transforming their designs into various operational documents, we were asked to provide Office templates.

Instead of numerous individual documents, we developed a modular template system that allows them to create their own templates via a start-up template within the application itself. Common content blocks can be placed in the templates to quickly produce formalised reports and certificates in line with the new brand guidelines.
